MINDFUL HEART OFFERINGS:
Group Practice: group practice is for people of all meditation levels, beginner to advanced are welcome.
Group times: Monday-10:30-11:30 AM and 5:30-6:30 PM
Wednesday-9-10 AM and 6-7 PM
One on One Practice: one on one practice is for people who want to use Mindfulness for individual circumstances.
Special Events: special events practice is for organizations who would like to provide a Mindfulness Meditation experience for their members.
